INFORMATION STATEMENT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE
DECREE 196/2003 (ITALIAN LAW)
The portals managed by the HC SERVICE snc comply with
the law regarding the processing of personal data (Legislative Decree
196/2003). The website is partly navigable with no need to provide the HC
SERVICE snc with any personal data; whereas in other cases in order to be able to
use some of the services one has to provide his/her personal data by filling in
the information request form and/or the registration form. The Information
Statement is valid only for the portals managed by the HC SERVICE snc and not for any other Websites visted by the user through links. Within
the hereby Privacy Information Statement are described the data collecting and
processing modes in order to be able to benefit from the services.

Purposes of the
data processing
The processing of the provided data will be carried out in order to:

fulfil the information request regarding the stays and the accommodation
facilities;

provide services and goods, to design Internet applications, sites,
websites and all the things usually required by the net economy;
3.
send advertising information concerning the sale and marketing of our
products and/or services, statistics and whatever necessary for our company
activity with the consent of the person
concerned.

elaborate and arrange the data records for the fulfilment of the
contractual and legal obligations regarding the book-keeping, fiscal as well as
civil-law regulations.
5.
protect the rights of the HC SERVICE snc in judicial as
well as extrajudicial matters;
6.
communicate the collected common personal data, such as name, surname,
phone number, e-mail as well as postal address, to our Clients and to the Third
Parties with the consent of the person concerned.
The e-mail newsletters are sent only to those who have asked and agreed
to receive them at the address found either in the authorized private
directories or in those of the public domain. At any moment the addressee of
our newsletters can request to be excluded from receiving in future such
information. Such exclusion is free of
charge and contextual to the request.

processing
The data will be handled electronically and stored on the electronic and
hard copy support mediums as well as on any other kind of suitable medium in
observance of the minimum security measures in compliance with the Technical
Specifications concerning the minimum security measures, Annex B of the Italian
Privacy Code.

Obligatory nature
The required data, object of the processing, are some common kinds
of personal information, such as :
personal data, company title, phone number, e-mail and postal address, as well
as fiscal data.
The data conferment in business relations is necessary for establishing
and carrying out a contractual relationship and for the compliance with the
legal and fiscal regulations.
All the required data are obligatory in order to guarantee the customers
to have their information requests fulfilled and to enable them to access
various services provided by the company.
In order to process the data correctly, the person concerned should
promptly communicate any variations of the already provided data.
The Hc Agency of Leoni Stefano doesn’t gather ‘sensitive’ data in any
case.
4. Consequences
of the refusal of data conferment
In case of the lack of one or more obligatory data the person concerned
won’t be able to receive the information requested and won’t be able to access
the various services provided by the company.

The personal data processed by the Company is collected directly from
the Clients, from the authorized private directories as well as from those of
the public domain. If the data isn’t gathered
from the person concerned, the Policy Information Statement, inclusive
of data processed categories, is given to the person concerned at the moment of
the data registration, or if its conferment is not requested, not later than at
the moment of the first data conferment. In any case, all data is processed in
compliance with the law and with the confidentiality obligations which
constitute the basis of the Company’s activity.

9.
Navigation data
Computer
systems and software procedures set to run this Portal obtain, in the course of their normal activity, some personal data, the transfer of which is
implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Although collected information is not associated to
identifiable users, by its own nature may allow user’s identification if
processed and associated with third parties data. This category of data includes: IP addresses or domain names of
computers accessing the Portal, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses
of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used for submitting
the request to the server, the answer’s file size, the numerical code showing
the status of the answer supplied by the server (ok, error, etc.) and other
parameters relative to operative system and user’s computer environment. Those
data are used only for anonymous statistical information on Portal’s use and to
check the Portal’s correct functioning,
and once processed they are immediately deleted. In case of any crimes against
the Portal all collected data could be used to investigate for
responsibilities.
10. Cookies
The Portal
doesn’t use Cookies for the transmission of personal information or persistent
cookies for permanent users tracing. The use of the so-called session cookies
(which are not permanently stored in user’s computers and disappear when the
browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session
identification data (consisting of random numbers generated by the server)
necessary for a safe and efficient navigation of the Portal. Session cookies
are used by this Portal instead of other electronic techniques potentially
harmful to the user’s navigation privacy and protect from user’s identification
by collecting personal data.
